Fortlaufende Dateinamen beim abspeichern automatisch vergeben

Hallo zusammen,

Hi @Tim31779320t3ri,

Please try the below steps:

Save a default file name in Settings/Preferences under Default file name. This will allow the auto-save with default name to add the suffix index to the file name.

Let me know if this works for you.

Thank you for your answer. I will try it.

But will it work for different file names?

I name the file from different shops different.

@Tim31779320t3ri This should work fine for you if you scan a specific shop name's items in one go.

Once you are done with one shop and are ready to move to the next, you can again change the default file name under preferences for the next shop and start scanning.

Ok I got it.

I will check how it will work.

as you could see on the picture usually there is a date gap between a scan of the same shop.  So the scope is that the automatic numbering is working fine. So I will try your opinion.

Hi and sorry for my late feedback.

So, I checked it and it is working as you described it.

But this way makes only sense if I scan multiple documents from one shop.

last time I came back home and had documents from four different shops but each of them I scanned aleready once in advance.

In this case I have to adjust the file name manually anyway each time....

No I'm just wondering more. Because if I adjust a default file name the app detects the previous files and make an automatic count up.

But if I do it manually it will not make the automatic count up. This makes no sense from my point of view.

And again,  until some of the update of your app it was working very well. So your guys changed something which makes it more inconvenient to use 😢.

May you please check this with your colleagues.

Thank you in advance.
