How do I cancel my Adobe scan subscription

I don't want this and I don't remember ever signing up for this. "Manage subscriptions" doesn't do anything at all.

Make sure you have signed in with the correct email.

Hi, This is Roopa I would like to cancel the subscription since it happened without my knowledge of my minor kid who is 10yrs old and this is no use for us and we haven't used this app. So, I would request for refund my amount 3599rs which has been deducted from my account.
