Hello, I am using Adobe scan from my Iphone. I have updated my email address to my IU account, but when I sent emails, it is still saying the email is being sent from my Yahoo account, although I've changed my primary to IU.
Please help me fix this or explain the underlying issue.

Hi Kkirtz,
The Adobe Scan does not send the files with the email address that you used to sign in to the application.
It uses the default email application on your device to send the scanned PDF from the application.
It seems that your Yahoo email is configured on your device that is why by default it sends the document via that email address.
Hope that clarifies the issue.
Let us know if you have any questions.

Hi Meenakshi,
Have deleted my old account, signed out and signed up under a new email address / account. Still showing as sending with the old email address which seems like a massive security issue to me - even if it doesn't actually send on that email.
How do we configure our device so that only the current and correct email address shows?
Regards,
Jake

As we have tried to reproduce the issue on our end but it is working fine. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?
1. If possible, could you share a video that shows the issue clearly?
2. Application version?
3. OS name and version?
Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks,
Harsh

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!
These settings are managed by your email app, not Adobe Scan.
I suggest changing the Sender's Email address before sharing the file using Adobe Scan to assist you further.
If this does not help, please try re-logging into the email app you use while updating it to the latest version for a better experience!
Hope this helps.
