How to pull up scans in Adobe scan

My Adobe scan app doesn’t have any of our documents. They all show up in acrobat but when I search for them in scan they don’t come up so I am unable to modify them. I have an iPhone and the other scans were done on android, not sure if that makes a difference. However I can pull up the scans in acrobat I just have no way to modify them. Is there a way to pull up the other scans in my Adobe scan app?

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

From the description, it looks like you are signed in using a different email address on Adobe Scan, so you cannot see the files.

To test, go to Adobe Scan on your iPhone and click the three dots on the home screen-> see files on Acrobat Online.

Check if the files are visible on the web.

If not, you might need to check your email address on the Android device and try again.
