Indefinite "waiting to upload" error

I am getting this error for a page scanned. It isnt processed yet. Ita beem 5 hrs. Tell me what to do?

Sorry for the trouble caused.

 

As the scan still shows "Waiting to upload", please make sure the internet connection is not intermittent.

Not sure what exactly creating the issue. Have you enabled the option "Save original images to gallery" in the Adobe Scan preferences?

If yes or if the document is available with you, please sign out of the application and reboot the device.

Then relaunch the application and sign in to the application. Also, enable the option "Allow cellular data usage" in the applicaiton preferences. Check if the issue still occurs.

 

If the issue persists, please share the application and OS version with us.

It would be helpful if you can share the video recording of the issue occurs while saving the scan to PDF.

I've faced the same problem, it's saying waiting to upload since over 10 hours. Well I can't even open the scan I did for my study purpose. Neither it could be shared. Is this the proficiency of Adobe? Please fix this, my internet connection is excellent. Not any issues in mobile phone. My OS version- Fun touch OS version - PD1901EF_EX_A_1.15.17
