You obtain Android apps from Google, not here

If Google Play Store says your phone is not supported you will not be able to find the app anywhere else

Adding to what kglad and John said, the official source to install any Adobe Apps on your device are the stores which operate on your device.

If the application is not available on any of the device app stores that you have, I am afraid we will not be able to help you directly.
