To assist you better, we need a bit more information:
- Have you checked if you're signed into the correct account? This could be either your Adobe account or a social sign-in (e.g., Google, Facebook).
- Which platform are you experiencing issues with? Is it Adobe Scan on Android, iOS, or Acrobat Online? Please log into Acrobat Online here using the same credentials as in the app and check if your files are visible under the "Documents" section in the Adobe Scan folder.
- Are all your scanned files missing, or just some?
- When did you first notice the issue? Were there any specific actions or changes made around that time?
- Please provide the version of the Scan app youāre using, as well as your device model and OS version.
Once we have this information, weāll be better equipped to help resolve the issue.
