hi is there any way of retrieving back images you have scanned?
I have some PDFs that I scanned 28 total, I have 11 but not the other 17 documents I did after
Hi there,
Sorry for the delay in response.
When you scan the documents using the Adobe Scan application on your device, you need to make sure that you save the scan using the option "Save to PDF".
Refer this help document Scanning Documents — Adobe Scan Help for more information on this.
Once you click on "Save to PDF" it takes some time to upload the file to Document Cloud.
Please do not quit the application until the processing ends.
You can check your scanned PDFs in the Document Cloud here https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Did you check if the document is visible on the Document Cloud storage, you check that from https://documentcloud.adobe.com
Make sure you are using the same email to find the document that you have used to save them.
Also, If you could tell us that what steps have you tried so that we can assist you better.
Thanks,
Harsh

Add my name to the list -- 20+ Adobe Scan files disappeared, along with one I was scanning and editing. Walked away, came back to work on it, and all disappeared. Tried signing out/in in my iPad and MacBook both, followed lots of advice and links in FAQ, and no help. Storage shows the exact size of used memory to that point, which says to me that they're not deleted and are in storage, but "Creative Cloud" will not display them in Files or Folders. "You have no cloud documents" ?? Yeah, right--not!
