Non riesco a trasmettere e importare (da backup in cloud) le precedenti scansioni esistenti su nuovo cellulare sostituto con altro (da iPhone a iPhone). Posso avere aiuto o essere contattato? Grazie

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
Are you getting any error messages when trying to sync in or access the files from Cloud Backup? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error for us to understand better.
Also, you may check logging in to the online portal and see if the scans show up there or not: https://acrobat.adobe.com.
