Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

 

meine über die Adobe Scan App eingescannten Dokumente werden leider nicht hochgeladen. 

Zwar wird das Symbol "hochladen" angezeigt. Gleichwohl wird der Vorgang auch nach 2-3 Stunden nicht abgeschlossen.

 

was kann ich tun?

As per the issue description. Would you mind sharing a few more details to understand the issue better?

  1.  Try to change the internet connectivity, like if you are on mobile data then switch to wifi or vice versa.
  2. Application version?
  3. Kindly open the cloud storage separetly in a browser from https://acrobat.adobe.com .

Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
