Need immediate help because Important documents arent shown

Hello,  i use my galaxy Tab S6 Lite for School. I Scan in the documents by using adobe scan. Since a few days all documents wich i Scanned with adobe scan, Are just white sheeds. Please help me, without them i Cant finish school because i need them for my final exams wich will be soon.

To clarify:i can open them and get them to samsung notes where i can also open them, but then its just a white sheed where a few weeks ago the document was.

We need some more details for better understanding the issue, as follows:

1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, and Acrobat online. Please login to Acrobat Online (https://adobe.ly/3YWPVsx) using the same login credentials as in the app and confirm whether your files are visible in Acrobat online under the Documents section in the Adobe Scan folder.
3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?
4. When did the issue start? Any details about any actions taken then?
5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.

1. I only have one Account signed in.
2.i have the problem with "samsung notes" when scanned by "Adobe scan", in
acrobat online the documents are visible.
3.all scanned files are not visible, i can open them but since a few days
they are just white sheeds.
4.i dont know exactly when it started and i didnt do anything.
5.app version is 24.09.12-google-dynamic
And the Device is a samsung galaxy Tab S6 Lite

As described its an issue with "Samsung notes" when scanned by Adobe Scan, would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you took, if possible a small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Also as you mentioned, "in Acrobat online the documents are visible" is it that you were able to find the files there or is it that you are able to see the text in the files?

Would it be possible to share a sample PDF file with us so we can check it at our end?
