Hoy escanee un documento y al intentar consultarlo observé que ya no estaban todos mis archivos. Porqué no están si yo no los borré?, tampoco puedo localizarlos, ayuda de favor.

Have you checked if you are logged in with the same email address you used to work with Adobe Scan prior to the issue? Also, you might want to check your internet connection to make sure that the files load fine.
If that does not help, please share the below information for further investigation:
1. The application version of Adobe Scan you are using;
2. The operating system you are using and its version;
3. A screen recording of the scenario for better understanding.
As a work around, you may try logging in to the Adobe Cloud Storage portal: https://acrobat.adobe.com/ and check if the documents are available there under the Scan header.
