I just scanned a bunch of work and I can't compress it or do anything because it says its password locked. I NEVER password locked it. I don't even remember what password i used for this app .

I pay for this app and if it's gonna lock up on me then I can't use it. I will have to find a better scanner app.

Would you mind letting me know the mode through which you are scanning the documents? If you use the ID Mode, the files you scan will be password protected, but that should generally be the file name or the account password.

 

Please share a screen recording of the workflow you are following so we can understand and assist you better.
