Dopo avere eseguito nuovamente l'accesso ieri, su richiesta dell'app, tutte le scansioni fini a ieri presenti sull'app stessa sono andate perse

Hope you're doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
Would you mind logging in to Adobe Cloud Storage: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/, visiting the Scan folder, and checking if the files show up there?
If not, you might want to check the email address you're signed in. It could be that the email address you're signed in with differs from the one you have the files with.

Anche a me è successa la stessa cosa. L'account è giusto, ma le scansioni precedenti all'aggiornamento sono sparite. Un grosso danno perché avevo pdf molto importanti. Non c'è modo di recuperarle?

We would like to have some more information to dig into the issue:
1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, DC web?
3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files?
4. When did the issue start? Any details about any actions taken then?
5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.
