Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to recover files on Adobe Scan.

If the files are deleted from the app, they usually do not have the option to recover except for rescanning. 

If the files are still on the cloud, you might want to check them here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/

If not found, I am afraid the files are deleted permanently and must be scanned again.
