Recovering File

Guest
Sep 08, 2017 Sep 08, 2017

Hi,

I had a 400 page pdf in-progress and I went to try and move a page and accidentally somehow exited to the documents page. I cannot get back to the pdf. Is there any place I can go to recover where I left off or am I out of luck here?

Thanks

Hi Howsinbeeh,

Sorry for the delay in response.

By "exited to the documents page" if you mean to exit the document after scanning and without saving to PDF, then sorry to say it is not possible to get back there.

As the file is not saved, it is not possible to recover that.

Make sure that you save the file to PDF after scanning and making changes to it.

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help.

Regards,

Meenakshi
