I scanned two files on same day in adobe scan. Smaller file is available in app, but larger file is missing from the list of scan. I have saved my file also and haven't deleted. The only thing was it could not be uploaded in cloud due to big file size. Please help me out to find out this file as this file is very essential to me.

By default, the Scan app converts images to PDF and saves them to Adobe Cloud storage. If your file wasn’t saved to the cloud, it’s possible that the scan might not have been completed successfully. Please try scanning the document again to see if that resolves the issue.

we are sorry to hear that.
What is the version of the Scan App and the mobile OS you are using? Please check for any pending/missing updates and try updating the Scan App from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and reboot the device once and see if that helps.
If it still doesn't work, please try to clear the App cache from the Scan App > Preferences and reboot the device and see if that works.
