Scanned pages dissapeared on "save"

I scanned about 150 pages with adobe scanner from my ios-phone. Beforehand I scanned a few pages to make sure it works and that went well. When saving to pdf, it took a long time before finally appearing to have saved the pdf, but the pages are gone both from the app and thery are not in cloud. I cannot gain access to the material I scanned easily again - is there a way to get the scanned pages?

Same here.

1st appears a message saying that certain characters aren't allowed and then, after changing the title it doesn't save the pdf and all the work simply vanishes.
