Scanned while offline, files not retrievable

I just scanned several documents while I was offline. Before I could connect to the Internet the programme was automatically closed. Now all the documents I scanned are not shown. Is there any way the documents were saved in the Cloud once I connected to the Internet and I can now retrieve those without me having to scan every document again?

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you scanned some documented while being offline and then Adobe Scan application automatically closed. In the case when application closes by itself it saves the scans temporarily, so when you open the application again you’ll see your scans opened where you left off.

But you need to tap ‘Save PDF’ on the top right to save all your scans otherwise it will discard that session. As you were doing that offline, the application saves it to the Document Cloud space once you re-connect to the internet.

Hence you can find the scans listed in the application or in the Document Cloud storage.

Here is the link to Document Cloud

Also, Visit this to find files on Adobe Scan:  https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/adobescan/ios/en/findingfiles.html

Let us know if you need any more information, we are here to help.

Thanks,

Harsh
