Scans disappeared!

Help! Adobe Scan - my receipts for a full month have totally disappeared.

We apologize for not being able to help you on time.

Have you managed to find the scanned files or its lost completely? At times when you scan a document using Adobe Scan app, document get scanned but it doessn't save unless you don't do it manually.

1. Do you remember of saving scanned  As PDF? If yes, then locate your scanned files with the help of these steps:  Locate your scanned files in Adobe Scan App.
2. Login on Document Cloud web and check your Adobe Scan files under Documents

Still cant find them?

No, they're still not there in the previous scan or document cloud. Everything before April 1, 2020 is gone. How do I find them? I saved them in the document cloud, but they are gone. Please help, they're my husbands unemployment documents.
