Hi @Simone23355345yt2c

Could you provide us with a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. check if both the apps are updated to the latest version?

2. please provide us some screenshots to distinguish between the scans of both phones.

3. OS name and version of both phones?

Thnaks,

Harsh

After further tests I realized that it does not depend on the different cell phones. Simply by the ambient light and the document that sometimes retains the shades of gray on the bottom. Some documents are instead saved in black and white (therefore with a completely white background, preferable when you want to print). Are there any filters to convert a document to black and white?

Hi @Simone23355345yt2c

There is a filter "grayscale" in the app, that you can use. Here is a help document on applying filters.
