Hello @Mark263098666nah

I hope you're doing great.

As per my understanding, you want to change the email address linked to your account.

If you're using any other Adobe service under the same ID, the change in the email address will occur for all the services under it.

So, two options can help you change the email ID: -

1. If you wish to change the email address just for the Adobe Scan application -

- Sign out of the Adobe Scan application.

- Once you get the Sign in page, select the option to Sign up.

- Then, use the new email address and password.

-It will create a new Adobe ID for you with the new email address.

*Note: It will create a new Document Cloud account to save the files. You would not be able to access the documents saved on the older version of this application if you signed with the new email address.

However, you can access files anytime in the application or online here  https://cloud.acrobat.com/  by signing in with the old email address and password.

2. You can change the current Adobe ID so that it will change for all the services linked with it: -

- Take help for the steps mentioned under the headline "Change Adobe ID email address" in this Manage your Adobe ID account help document.

- Then, you can use the new email address to sign in to your Adobe Scan application.

Let us know if this helps.

Regards,

Krutikka
