Server Error 404

New Here ,
Nov 11, 2021 Nov 11, 2021

I am trying to retrieve documents from my Adbobe Scan app on iPhone.  I get a message "Unable to complete request.  Server error 404" and cannot access the files.  I'm afraid if I dlete the app and re-install I will lose some important docs.  Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Unfortunately, logged out and back in - all have disappeared!  Any idea if there is a Trash Bin?!

Hi @MarkDB22

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that you get the error message. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Application version?

2. Did you try, signing out and signing back in into the application?

Check if the application is updated to the latest version.

Also, log in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com to check your scans.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi Harsh,

Sorry to tag onto this

I have a similar issue... I have several essential scans in my Adobe scan app that I can see on my Ipad but on trying to access I get a server error 404. I have looked on the document cloud but the files are not there. It is there anything I can do?

I run the latest Adobe Pro and update to Adobe Scan

I do run under an enterprise licence

I'm running an iPhone on 15.3.1

Adobe Scan 22.01.25

I am missing all my files from Feb 7 to 30th October 2018

Since my comment has disappeared from the recent section on my Ipad, they have also disappeared. Year of scans and work lost Including tax invoices. Hard lesson to learn I should have saved them in a different area.

I have spent a bit of time going through maybe different logons but have not been able to find the documents. No more error 404.  Only the few I did at the start and ones I have done since February.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Kindly double-check the email that you have used to sign in. It should be the same which was used to save the scans.

If you are still not able to view the scans, kindly send us your email address in a private message, we need to check what could cause something like this to happen. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Thanks,

Harsh
