Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to find any active/paid plan for Adobe Scan. If you may have used a different Email for the purchase, please logout of the application and re-login with the correct Email/Adobe ID and check.
Also, you may try to Restore the Purchase, tap on profile icon > Subscriptions > Restore Purchases and reboot the application and check.
