Sharing files

I am unable to share pdf files directly to what's app or e mails. If I try to share it I only get a link. I used to be able to do it easily. The entire purpose of the subscription seems defeated.

Even i tried to send a file on whatsapp directly, which only allowed me to forward a link for the app. If this feature is deleted its time

to move on another scanning app on iphone

There's is some random guy coming in a few weeks just to say SORRY FOR THE DELAY and then ask for dumb information like the color of your phone, just to take a few more weeks to answer. This was the whole point of having and scanner in our phones! Being able to share the files via whatever the hell app we desired and now it's been replaced for download publicity????? 

now it's just another dumb useless crap of app 

 

already moved to ISCANNER, which is a bit more expensive but at least cateches tonits main porpoise as an scanner APP

 

F off Adobe developers

Not only that, now when I upload my receipts to the drive it automatically includes "captured and shared using adobe scanner". I upload hundreds of receipts and have to go in an delete manually everytime, even with the pro subscription. Great app that is now garbage, moving platforms asap.

I can describe the proces: after sanning a document I save it, shera the copy, the email form opens, I can see the  svan attached, add adress and - iot closes but no email arrives...

Hi @Dan34751916vg3d,

 

This sounds like an issue with your Email app rather than Adobe Scan.

 

The function for Adobe Scan ends once the intended app launches with the PDF attached. After doing so, we do not have any control over how the third-party app performs.

 

I would suggest logging out, updating the Email app, and then logging in and trying again.
