Hi everyone

A few weeks ago I had a exam. When I uploaded my Scans something went wrong. I showed the created file on my iPhone X (I have the latest ios and adobe Scan Version on my phone) to my Prof, but he said that there is no Time Stamp on the file. I can't see when the File was created.

Now I have to proof to my Prof, that I have created the scan during the timeframe of the exam.

I know that a lot of other people have the same problem, and the most of them got a answer like this, which don't solve my problem. At least I don't see how it works. Am I doing something wrong?

Kind Regards

Michael

You can sort your files by date. It will then display the date at bottom of the files.

When in the All-Scans view, you can sort your files by file name or by scan date. A check shows you the current sort method.

  1. Tap on your file.
  2. Tap Sort by Name or Sort by Date.

You can also try this workaround for viewing the time stamp using Acrobat Reader Dc.

1. Click on the document.

2. Click on the File tab.

3. Click on properties, under the description window you will see all the details.

For more help refer to: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/adobescan/android/en/findingfiles.html#sort-by-name-or-date

Let us know how it works at your end. If you have any further queries please feel free to reach out to us.

Regards

Ria

Hi @Michael__11,

I hope you are doing well and am sorry to hear that.

The complete timestamp is not visible on Adobe Scan. You can see the Scan Date from the 'View Recent Scan' or 'View all Scan.'

We will forward this request to the engineering team. Would you mind filling the feature request form for this over here Scan iOS Feature Request and Bug Report Form?

Thanks,

Bhupesh
