When accessing Adobe Scan files through the Files app in iOS on an up-to-date iPhone 15, I consistently get the error "couldn't communicate with a helper application" when trying to download the drive offline (clicking cloud with arrow button). The Drive shows an error state at all times. I have tried reinstalling the app and turning the Adobe Scan drive off and back on again in the files app, which did not change anything. Screenshots attached.

@jensen98548856 that might be a Adobe's Server-side issue, meaning it could be down for maintenance. You can check here: https://status.adobe.com
