Unable to log into Adobe Scan

Whenever I try to use Adobe Scan on my phone (ios 13.6.1), I am sent to the "Welcome to Adobe Scan" login page (attached). 

When logging in through both the Google and Facebook options, I am reverted back to this same page after logging in. When trying to sign in with Apple, a popup saying "Error: Unable to sign in. Please check your connection and try again" occurs, despite trying with both my wifi and data. I've also tried to use the tiny "Sign in" button at the bottom of the page using my Adobe ID but just like the Google and Facebook options, I am reverted back to the same login page. Because of this, I have been unable to actually use the application so any help would be appreciated.

I'm also having this problem with 188 students in my school.  All need to be able to use Adobe Scan
