Unable to modify as the file is saving on Document Cloud - Adobe Scan

I am uploading my personal notes. Since it's over 100 pages. I am doing it in batches , few pages at a time. After my last update, the file does not save to cloud because of which I am unable to modify it. I don't want to add pages again, so would appreciate if there is a way to edit the file and add more pages.

Hi Airbusboy,

 

If you are referring that the file is not uploading to the Document Cloud, please confirm if it is stuck at "Uploading to Document Cloud".

If yes, please check if the file is already saved to Document Cloud. Use the steps provided below:

- Open the link https://documentcloud.adobe.com

- Sign in using the same email address that you used for Adobe Scan application.

- Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder

Check if the file appears in the list.

 

If the file appears in the list on Document Cloud, refer to the steps provided below:

- Sign out of the Adobe Scan application

- Uninstall the application

- Reboot the device

- Re-install the application
