Cannot modify a scanned document -but was able to yesterday.
(Just spins and disappears like nothing happened)
How am I supposed to use this for work?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
Would you mind trying the below steps:
1. Go to Home-> Profile-> Sign out.
2. Restart the application;
3. Open Adobe Scan and sign in again and check.
