Hello Vivek,

 

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with share button on  Adobe Scan.

 

Just so that we can understand better, could you let us know what's happening exactly when you press the share button. A screen recording of the same would be great.

I can tell you what's happening. The scan function works fine, and then I tap the "share" icon and the normal screen comes up: "When using Share link or Email .... you can also unshare using Adobe Acrobat," along with options to "share link," "Email," and "share a copy."

 

At this point, when I tap any of those options, there is no response and I come to a dead end. This started happening approximately 1 week ago. If I restart my phone, the buttons will work for one instance, and then stop functioning. 

 

I tried deleting and redownloading the app, but the same issue reappears immediately after 1 successful share.

Could you please let me know a few details about it so that I can check and try to reproduce the same at my end too:

1. The application version of Adobe Scan you are using.

2. The operating system you are using. [ Android / iOS ]

 

Also, try the below steps once:

1. Log out of Adobe Scan;

2. Restart the phone;

3. Sign back in and then try.
