Unable to upload pdf from the app to google drive

New Here ,
Apr 12, 2021 Apr 12, 2021

Previously, when I scanned the written docs, and saved those as PDF. I would simply be able to upload the the PDF to the gooogle drive from the setting menu of that scanned file. It worked flawless few months back.

Now when I try to do that, drive app will open and simply close back.
To circumvent this, I have to download the PDF to my device and then upload it to google drive, which is a hassle.

Any way to fix this?

Hi Agent_Shub,

Hope you are doing well.

If you are opening the PDF in the Adobe Acrobat Reader application, you can use the Share icon to save the PDF to Google Drive.

  1. Open the PDF and click on the Share icon provided at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Then click on the Share a copy button provided at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Now select Google Drive from the list of the options that appear.
  4. Please ensure that the application is installed on the device.

If you still experience the issue, share the application and OS version on the device.
