We have students who can benefit from using Adobe Scan to take a photo of a paper document and perform OCR. Students can then open the PDF in an app that will read the text aloud. The problem is that the app is limited to students over the age of 13. How can younger students take advantage of this important supportive tool?

If the School have the Adobe Education account, it would be possible to access the service for students of all ages.
For more details on this, I would suggest you refer to this link Creative Cloud for education | Educational institutions and contact on the number provided there.
They will be able to assist you with all the information you need.
Hope that helps.

Hi Lyndah,
As per the Adobe terms, the children under the age of 13 are not allowed to create their own Adobe ID.
If the younger students need the service, they will need to sign in with an account created by and supervised by a teacher or parent.
You may refer the help documents provide below for details on this.

Thanks, Meenakshi.
I had heard that if the school had an Adobe for Education account, these younger students would be able to use Adobe Scan, but I couldn't find anything about it on the website. Is this available?
Thanks,
Lynda
