We have a need for students in a school to scan documents as PDF from home on iPads. We have federated IDs that have NEVER been used before by our students.
Theyre user accounts have been created, and full licenses assigned. The iPads have no other Adobe software. We want these young students to sign in with Google, as they already know their google login. When they attempt to sign in, it just sends that back to the Welcome screen.
If I attempt with my own Adobe account, which I use all other apps, it lets me in.
How can a students FIRST ever Adobe login be in Adobe Scan?
