Verifying Scan time

Hi all, I'm trying to prove that a particular document was scanned into my phone using Adobe scan at a certain time (5.58pm). This is very important for my grade. I suffered from a glitch where the document was stuck on "uploading" until I signed in/out. When I download a copy of the file, the meta-data gives me the time the copy was created (not when I scanned the document into my phone).
Is there any way to find out exactly when Adobe Scan captured a document on the phone side? I would be very appreciative.

Hello Arthur,
Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the experience you had with Adobe Scan.
Just to confirm, if the file was uploaded correctly at the time, please try to access the same from the Web Portal of Document Cloud and check if it shows the correct time there.

Let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Souvik.

Hi Souvik,
Where can I view the time it was uploaded? I only have the date last opened.

So that is how the portal is currently designed to work. If you need to see the time when the document was scanned using the application, I would suggest you to enable the option that says Save originals to Photos.
To enable it:
1. Open Adobe Scan;
2. Click on the home icon on th top left;
3. Then on the next screen, tap on the profile icon;
4. Then click on preferences;
5. Enable the option that says Save originals to Photos.
What this will do is, save a copy of the image to your camera roll and it will show up the date and time of the capture.
