Hello, please, does anyone know the answer to this? I use the Adobe scan app on my Android smartphone, where are the files saved there? Card or internal memory? How can I change that? And if I delete files on the smartphone, are they also deleted from the cloud? Thanks

Hi @maria_7133
I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out!
The Adobe Scan app converts images into PDFs, and by default, saves them to Adobe Document Cloud storage.
If you've saved a copy of the PDF to your device and later deleted it, rest assured that the original version will still be available in the cloud.
For more information please check the help page (https://adobe.ly/3XJfvkc)
I hope this helps! Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions.

Hello Amal
Thank you, but I dont find an answer to my question at this link-
<<I use the Adobe scan app on my Android smartphone, where are the files saved there? Card or internal memory? How can I change this? << ?
<<rest assured that the original version will still be available in the cloud.<< I think that does not work ..? I deleted a pdf at the app..so it was also deleted at the cloud..

Hi there,
If you delete the original copy of the document via the scan app, the file will be permanently deleted including the cloud storage, (as the file is originally saved in the Adobe document cloud) and cannot be recovered.
Hope this clears the confusion.
