Everything I scan is gone from my mobile device's Adobe Scan whenever I scan a document and save it, but then mysteriously it occurs in Document Cloud when I log in there from my computer. Why does it not show in the list of scanned documents in the Adobe Scan on my iPhone, even if I save the document there after a scan, and why do i still get the message "You don't have any scans"?
I have logged out of the Adobe account and back in again on my phone yet to no avail.

Please try to sign out of the application and reboot the device. Then sign-in again.
If that does not help, try once to uinstall and re-install the application. Make sure that you sign out first and
