add on plugins > UI kits, sent to 'How to..' Loop?

Sorry, confused... when I click 'Get UI kits' Im sent to https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/access-ui-kits.html#panel-3 where it explains how to get UI kits... Im on a bit of a loop?
