Adobe XD animated GIF support

As this is a UI/UX design package and UI/UX designers create animated GIF's (with Adobe packages) because they eliminate the need for cumbersome/heavy code and they have limitless animation capabilities - coupled with the fact that Adobe ditched their best html/css animation package in 'Adobe Edge' which enabled designers to create amazing UI examples - you would think it would be somewhat of a priority to accomodate animated GIFs thus allowing a tried and tested form of adding joy to any website to be used.

ADOBE - PLEASE inject support for animated GIFs within XD.

Kind and hopeful regards

Yes please say this for everyone. I made an entire site for golfing company with amazing animated gifs that completely dont work in this program. Theres super realistic moving grass and ultra realistic clouds moving and a golf ball that bounces off one of the graphics and reapears in another on timed to fall into the golf hole and everything would have been completely ground breaking. Your golf website description sounds really good.
I'm curious to see how it looks. Can you share a link?

Why is there no progress? We simply want a simple animation import?

At least give us a feedback.

I was able to create animations in XD without auto animate. Or plugins. Take a look. Ivanstudios.com

In general great to bypass autoanimate but nevertheless it`s unbelievable that Adobe XD does not support simple animation import. It would have been realy simple.
