I have tried getting it to work. I followed the instructions in the Microsoft website. I also followed everything on the adobe help website. It still does not work. I tried the following:
Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows
Adobe XD launches into a white screen on Windows
Adobe XD Suspended - Microsoft Community
I tried LogCollector Tool already.If anyone needs the filename, here it is: AdobeLogs_20211013_055242_154-win.zip

Thanks for your answer, I follow these steps but not working yet.
Some times XD still open but no load the complete application, and sometimes the application opens and close instantly.
See the screenshot when the XD opens but not load.
Another thing that I did, was removed completely the Adobe CC, but when I install again, still not working.
