adobe xd crash

Hello Everyone,

i have currently a problem with adobe xd and the problem is that i installed the program on my new laptop and i had to move old files from my old laptop in order to use it on the new laptop and when i try to open any of these files/designs on XD it crashes immediately and i tried updating and reseting and everything but it wont work + when i create a new file it would work but the old files wont

Any help would be useful !

where did you save your old files? On the Cloud or an external storage?

1. The version of XD and OS.
2. Is it happening with only those specific files or with the files created on new computer?
3. Have you tried saving the file as a cloud file and then tried opening?

xd version is the latest version
os windows

With all the previous files, as for the new files that have been saved, they open without any problems. I am any old file that does not work only on the new device
