adobe xd does not open

I need help, I already installed Adobe XD both at work and on my home PC, but it's on the home PC
 that doesn't allow me to open Adobe XD.
 I just click and open double for two seconds and close again.
What I can do?

your computer may not meet xd specs.

you could also have a corrupt installation file or something on your compute (eg, av) that's causing a problem.
