hay please help adobe xd is not working on jan update on windows 10 it always shows
try again or quit xd please help its getting serious adobe support community please help me
i really need this issue to be taken serious

Sorry for the inconvenience .
Please do the following troubleshoots:
- Uninstall Xd and reinstall it
OR
- Sign out from Creative cloud and shut down the system
- Close all Adobe products from task manager /Activity monitor
- Open system and sign in back from creative cloud, let it reload
- Launch XD and check
