Adobe XD link's languag

Greetings. I have the following problem on Adobe XD: when I create a design link for review it's in German instead of Italian or English. I have a similar problem with Adobe Fonts: when i click on the "Fonts" link on my Creative Cloud Desktop it brings me on the german page.

Solutions in similar language threads suggest it could be a setting in the region/language area of the OS.
