Dear Adobe Support Team,
I’m new to this community and have had trouble finding any official support channel outside of this forum.
I currently have an Adobe subscription that includes Adobe XD, but I’m unable to locate the app in the Creative Cloud section for download.
The support experience has been quite frustrating, as I keep getting redirected to multiple pages without any clear solution.
Could someone kindly assist me in figuring out how to download XD? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Kind regards
Thanks for your response.
I’ve discovered that there’s a 2-day delay before Adobe XD becomes available in the subscription, unlike other products like Photoshop. While I’m sure there’s a reason for this delay, I’m unclear on the intention behind it.
As a product manager, not a UI/UX expert, I can tell you that due to this delay, I ended up using a free trial of Figma. It’s a simple, user-friendly product, and I’ve already completed most of the work I needed. If Adobe XD had been available immediat
...@Akin31193774ph0a i know in the past it used to be 24 hours... and for my students who installed it the past week, it usually the day after it shows up. I agree, with you on all fronts, I really don't know the reason or rationale for the waiting period, it is what it is I guess. Figma and Xd are alike; there are certain things I love about Figma and certain things I don't and vice versa, things I love about Xd and some things not.

@Akin31193774ph0a go to your account:
https://account.adobe.com/?lang=en
Click on 'Access your apps and services' and scroll all to the bottom:
And you should see XD...If you noticed....mine says 'Install'....which tells you it's working!

If Adobe XD had been available immediately, I would have stuck with Adobe, as I’ve long used Photoshop and InDesign. However, because XD wasn’t accessible, I had to switch to what was readily available.
I believe the current approach of not providing instant access to a UI/UX tool like XD is not the best strategy.
