adobe XD wont start correctly, telling me that I am not signed in, but I am signed in.

Hi! I am new to Adobe XD, but every time I start it up, it won't let me in.

 

I have signed in to adobe creative cloud twice, but it still won't let me go into the program.

 

I am running it on Windows 10, 4GB ram.
