Apply a border/stroke to 1 side of a rectangle

Is 2020 and I still cannot apply border on one or more side of a rectangle.

Please please make this a priority. It is difficult for some developers to see the minute details of a design when they can't see the 'border-right'/etc. on the turnover link.

It's easy to circumvent in the design itself but it's a pain for dev turnover.

This feature exists in Figma for a year now: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049283914#individual Can you please implement the same in XD?

I gave up on XD after they put it on standby, just move on to figma mate, good luck.
