I would love to see XD make a return as it makes no sense to pay for Figma or Sketch. I still have XD installed, however, it never should've been discontinued until the acquisition for Figma was finalized. I think it's safe to say to take XD out of "maintenance mode" and make a solid return

I agree 100% with you - the current situation is absolutely redicolous.

@JHillPhD @dr_tcc honestly, I prefer Xd over Figma...but, there are many cool features and tools that Figma has but Xd doesn't have. This is why Adobe likely tried to buy Figma, as Figma was the creme de la creme, the best of the best! Unfortunately, it didn't go as plan. And Xd will be in maintenance mode until they finally decide that's it.
Saying that, it always better to prepare yourself and learn Figma. We just don't know when Adobe when they say 'kaput' to Xd, at least you can still continue to do mockups and prototypes! with Figma and not left standing there with pants down!

Figma is nice but not worth an extra subscription added at least for me. I'm more into learning it but it's very limited on the free plan so I haven't really been doing too much of protyping and such. I may bite later on but now not so much

The way I can interact with the application en the functions I use, It's more than enough to be very productive. It works very well with Illustrator and photoshop. I also think this app belongs in the Creative Suite. It's weird to buy an extra subscription elsewhere for this kind of tooling... discontinuing this product leaves a unhealthy competitors market in this area.
