Not true, the model is trained if you use Adobe Firefly when uploading reference images as I noticed this later on which now if I'm not mistaken costs credits. It's definitely an Apple issue because of their integrated M-chips and memory taking the fact there's no actual GPU strong enough to handle multiple monitors regardless of their size. Unfortunately they dropped the ball again as it seems the Adobe creative space is catering to the Intel system and not so much Apple Silicon. @kglad    Totally understand but if the original poster has a subject line typed out like this one then you'll get everyone here posting in regards to the same situation regardless of the error code. Some users don't know how to see the error code within CC but since I looked it up I knew what to do right away. Once errors have been reported it should be listed that way everyone can post to the appropriate thread with some workaround solutions would be best. UPDATE: I tried to update Photoshop 24.2 many times and got the error 113 which is can't reach adobe servers. I'm on the new mac mini with the M2 and all of the updates have been successful until now. I added Creative Cloud app to the firewall list to allow connections after I updated the rest of the apps that needed updates for Lightroom and XD. What do you know Photoshop updated with no problems. This is the first time I've ever had to add the Creative Cloud to the firewall list just to update Photoshop since I've had the new mac mini. ... Photoshop 24.2 definitely has some issues with the M2 chip it seems. I think it's redundant to run it in Rosetta as we're not on intel chips anymore. Running apps in Rosetta on the M2's are noticeably slower and also Apple needs to slow it down coming out with so many devices with different chipsets as it's not needed and causes problems like these making it possible to go back to windows format. Try uninstalling and reinstalling adobe. After uninstalling try clearing out any other Photoshop related content like libraries but make a backup copy before doing so. Once installed, try opening Photoshop again without running it as an admin. Then start copying over your libraries and presets over into the new folder from the fresh install.  ... View more

I have a SanDisk external SSD 1TB and I have formatted it to "MacOS Journaled"but you can format it to NTFS since it's faster than the other formats. If you work between both PC and Mac then FAT32 is the way to go. Once you're done start up Photoshop then go to Preferences -- Scratch Disks and you should see your drive in the list. Click the check box and move it to the top of the list so Photoshop knows to use that drive first for the heavy lifting and make sure it's empty with no files saved on it to get the most out of it. ...
