Hello!
When I open a shared file with via web app
(for exmaple https://xd.adobe.com/view/********* ), I can't scroll it horizontaly and vertically with keyboard keys (up, down, right, left). I can't scroll it horizontally with hold&drag by mouse (only verticall scroll is working). I can scroll only with special mouse buttons or with two fingers on touchpad.
Support agent doesn't think it's a bug, and think it's a feature request (Case ID: ADB-28429531-P9K4)

Hi, hmmm I see, when I make the zoom 100% and view the test file at the link below it works with the touch scroll of the magic mouse (but it doesn't work with hold and drag): https://xd.adobe.com/view/67cf4636-1496-4361-a586-7385ed6ecdc8-329c/ I guess it works similary like touchpad's two finger scroll logic. I see a feature request here, not sure if you're talking about this one: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/44838316-horizonta...

Well, I wouldn't say "completely another feature" since it's for exactly what you mention (horizontal scroll) I know user there mentions it's possible to scroll horizontally in scroll groups by clicking and dragging (that can be a workaround for now) but still 😉 "Scrolling with arrow keys" might be the missing point there, I get it. Feel free to update me if I'm missing something here, which is also possible 🙂

I can't scroll it on PC or closed laptop. At all. I just can't do this. I have to ask the owner to send me a png file every time.

Yes unfortunately scrolling with keys or holding and dragging would be options to do so which are not possible now as you and me mentioned, you might want to create a new feature request. (I know it's not the same thing as we're talking about the scrollability of actual artboard but as I said creating scrollable groups can be used as a workaround I guess (I also found this post from back in 2019: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/weekly-challenge-horizontal-scrolling-in-adobe-x... )
Also as another workaround, I know it wouldn't be in 100% scale but just to see the overflowing areas, zooming out in the prototype link could give some idea (and maybe after zooming out, while seeing the whole design, right clicking the prototype screen and saving a png and equalizing the scale with another png in 100% zoom after downloading (which is going to be partial obviously) could be another workaround, for now it looks like getting a png for every horizontally-overflowing prototype is necessary, like you said. If you come up with any other ideas/solutions, I'd like to be updated.
